DO YOU PROVIDE LOANER VEHICLES?
While we do not have any free loaners or rental cars we do work with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and are able to assist in arranging transportation for you. Please check
with your insurance company to see if you have
rental car coverage. If you do have rental coverage you will need to
find out the dollar amount per day you are allowed before making your
rental reservation. The rental car companies can direct bill most of the
insurance companies but you will still need to provide a major credit
card as a security deposit in order to rent a car.
CAN YOU BURY OR WAIVE MY DEDUCTIBLE?
There is a lot of misinformation and miscommunication about this. The only one who has the ability to do anything with your deductible would be the insurance company. We cannot bury or waive your deductible into your repair. However, we do offer the most competitive repairs around with the high end service and product you have come to expect.
DO I HAVE TO USE A CERTAIN REPAIR FACILITY?
No. You have a choice where you take your vehicle. At AutoMark Collision we work with all insurance companies.
WHO PROVIDES MY CLAIM NUMBER?
The claim number is provided by your insurance company. If you have already reported the incident simply provide that number when you contact us or schedule your estimate. If you have not yet contacted your insurance company be sure to let us know the claim number as soon as you receive it.
