Customer, community connections.Erhard BMW stays connected with its customers in the ways customers prefer, whether it's email, texting or over the phone. Before he retired, Dahm was always involved in the business; he could often be found in the service center, greeting customers with his warm smile, charismatic personality and famous handshake. The World of Erhard stays involved in the community through numerous supportive events including hosting the "Drive for Team USA," to help raise money for our Olympic Athletes, the annual fundraising Gala for On My Own of Michigan, a group that helps mentally challenged adults, and organizing clothing and annual clothing/toy drives for Orchards Family Services. We are proud to have a legacy and strong community that has allowed us to support metro Detroit for 50 years. |
